The 63-hectare Victorias Golf and Country Club is the largest golf course in Negros. Considered to be one of the most challenging in the country, it features an 18-hole executive golf course with irrigated greens designed to enhance the natural beauty of its slopes and fairways.

With the rustic ambiance of countryside and planned amenities, it is being developed to become a self-contained and environment-friendly community and truly a nature’s sanctuary for the entire family.

18-Hole Executive Golf Course

Although relatively flat, the presence of strategic water hazards coupled with gusts of wind places a premium on accuracy and precision when playing the Front Nine. The greens are vast with the fairways majestically lined with decades old acacia, narra and camachile trees.

The Back Nine is a perfect mix of man-made and natural hazards. Deep gullies, wide bunkers and water hazards await players, requiring precision golf from the first drive to the last putt. The famous “Floating Island Green” of the VGCC can be found by the 15th hole, where the green is located right in the middle of a big lake. 15 of the 18 holes are beset with water hazards, truly owning up to its reputation as a challenging golf course.

Recent Developments at the VGCC

The Lounge area interior was recently refurbished with comfortable, country-style furniture that offers a contemporary look, making it ideal for light drinks after work. The Club’s latest addition to its amenities is an air-conditioned function room, its glass walls providing a breathtaking view of the vast fairways. The function room has since been maximized as a training room by corporations.

The Club invested in additional maintenance equipment to keep the condition of the course at its best the whole year round. The lighted driving range carries 12 spacious driving pens, and currently accommodates training sessions for all types of golfers.
